Article 54

Permanent resident status will be granted to foreigners in any of the following cases:

Mexican Migratory Processing and Consulting Services

Permanent Residence change by Family Ties.
Change to visitor by humanitarian reasons to Permanent Resident.
Regularization by Family Ties.
