Article 134

Foreigners can also apply for regularization of their immigration status, except when:

The foreigner had authorization to enter Mexico on a regular basis, they have exceeded the period of stay initially granted.
Perform different activities that their condition of stay allows them to.
For the above purpose, they must meet the requirements established by this Act, its Regulations and other applicable legal provisions.
